The idea for Parata Property was birthed in 2020 by founder and director, Dean Parata in a response to the demand for a one-stop-shop for HMO sourcing and development. As an ex-professional rugby player, Dean understands how important team work is in achieving common goals.

With over 7 years of experience in building industry, Cal has established himself as a reliable and trustworthy project manager. Cal prides himself on reliability, always keeping clients informed, addressing their concerns, and working tirelessly to oversee the entirety of the refurbishment, having them completed within the given timeframes and within budget.

With a keen understanding of every phase required along the acquisition, refurbishment and compliance journey, Josie ensures our clients receive exceptional service, addressing their needs promptly and effectively. Along with Dean, Josie guides our clients through the complexities of the project to ensure it is completed on time.

Eva, also know as the content queen works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure all of our projects are captured, documented and catalogued.

Pablo has been assisting Parata Property since it’s inception. Due to his broad skill set Pablo is able to advise on a range of business friction points and create systems and processes to ensure Parata Property runs smoothly.
