We source property that is suitable for HMO conversion across the UK's entire North West.

securing the property
Contracts are to be signed and invoices paid to secure the property deal.

pre-purchase prep
Once secured, due diligence begins. Solicitors are instructed, surveys are booked and builders are prepped to begin works as soon as we have the keys.

the refurbishment
Now for the refurb. Bi-weekly project progress reports will be sent to keep the client in the loop throughout the 4-5 month refurb timeframe..

property compliance
As the refurbishment comes to an end, all qualifying certificates will be issued and the HMO license will be applied for.

furnishing the property
Contracts are to be signed and invoices paid to secure the property deal.

refinance
Now that the property is refurbished and furnished, we can arrange the refinance.

handover
The property is handed over to one of our trusted partner agents to tenant the property and start earning some rent.
