Project N16 was a cracker!

We budgeted the rooms at £430 per calendar month each. Upon completion rooms have rented for between $525-£615. In order to maximise the room rates for Project N16 we made sure we completed the refurb to a high standard by ripping the property back to brick and remodelling the entire interior. We also incorporated en suites in to every room, as we do with most of our properties.

Why do we do this?

3 reasons - higher rental rates, longer tenancy periods and a higher end value for the property, should the client choose to refinance.
