As soon as works had finished,  we were able to get a 3 year corporate lease agreed to and signed. This guarantees our client £1,760 PCM as well as covering the costs of all bills, maintenance and expenses!

Our ‘Hands Off’ Service included arranging home buyers and asbestos reports, build quotes, architectural drawings and planning, HMO licensing as well as managing the refurbishment from the start of the rip out to the furnishing of the property.
